No Way. We have so many things at 6 months that need to be fixed that it baffles me. The end product we received is not worth what we paid for it. Ryan employs subpar contractors and the sales reps flat out lie to get a sale. This is not our first new build and it doesn't even compare to the great experiences we had with other builders. Ugh, I have been so frustrated with the whole experience as have so many of my neighbors!
Without hesitation - YES. Everyone we worked did their job well and in the end I am happy with them ALL. Been in my house 14 months and nothing out of the ordinary has gone wrong or has made me regret this decision.
We haven't had any issues yet. Our sales rep and PM have both been wonderful and have addressed any issues (only minor stuff so far) extremely quickly and have kept us informed along the way. Granted, we're still 3 weeks from closing so I will have to wait back to report about the 30 day and 10 month followups...
I Should at least say that our myriad of issues have not included anything dangerous, just tons of irritating, time consuming things...kinda like your tub issue. And that we have had to finally resort to getting ugly too. Just not the experience we had wanted to have or were promise.
Yes - in fact this is our second Ryan home and both experiences have been great. There may be little glitches here or there but they are always resolved quickly and professionally.
Our experience has been fantastic and yes we would build with Ryan Homes again. Only disappointment so far has been the hardwood floors, but Ryan and the flooring company have been very responsive and we seem to be heading in the right direction...will be posting an update on our blog.

ReplyDeleteAbsolutely. We love our rep, PM, and punch out guy. If we do have to build again that team has big shoes to fill.

ReplyDeleteI am so sad that our experience hasn't been as good as others.
