Oh and did I mention??

The fence has been moved!!!  6-12 inches on our property my ASS!  More like 2-3 feet!  But it's moved and that's all that matters.

    So excited about your blog. We just started the process of building a Ryan homes here in Maryland and are first time home buyers. Did our contract today and picked out everything. I plan on blogging about our experience too in our family blog. Will keep this on bookmark for sure!
