The tub is STILL not fixed.

I first reported the tub situation just before Christmas. It was fixed, but not fixed correctly. Someone from the tub manufacturer came the 2nd week in January for the 1st step of the fix. And we haven't seen or heard from her since. She was supposed to come back the week of Martin Luther King day. Today is March 7th. What the heck?!

Needless to say...my patience is wearing thin. We want to be flexible about it because there are 2 houses being finished right now and another one about to break ground. I know things are busy. And so far things have typically been taken care of quickly up until this point. It just concerns me that my bathtub won't be fixed.

It also concerns me because we still have a list of things that were outside things that need to be fixed in the spring (it was too cold before) and I don't want those things to fall on the back burner as well.

  1. How frustrating. I hope they take care of it soon.

  2. I don't blame you for your patience wearing thin...I think you've been more than flexible about it, it is long overdue! Are you able to use the tub still?

  3. What does Ryan Homes Service Center say? How busy they are building other homes should not impact them at all when dealing with Service problems.

  4. I agree with BD. The people that come out for these issues are not the same ones that are doing current construction, with the exception of your PM. Contact your PM directly, your sales person, and the Service Center.

  5. We have been in contact with our PM. He's the one who was scheduling with the person from the tub manufacturer. I think part of the issue lies with the tub manufacturer. Yes, luckily we can use the tub and shower - it just looks bad.
